Who will short Web3 and Blockchain

One of my favourite movies is The Big Short. It’s a 2015 American biographical film that showed how the financial crisis of 2007–2008 was triggered by the United States housing bubble.

In the mid-2000s, a few finance experts and group of investors observed the instability in the US housing market, predicted its collapse and bet against the US mortgage market.

Through their research, they discovered the flaws and corruption in the system.

BACKGROUND

In 2008, Wall Street guru Michael Burry realized that a number of subprime home loans are in danger of defaulting.

Burry bets against the housing market by throwing more than $1 billion of his investors’ money into credit default swaps.

His actions attract the attention of banker Jared Vennett, hedge-fund specialist Mark Baum and other greedy opportunists.

Eventually, Burry’s analysis proved correct: He made a personal profit of $100 million and a profit for his remaining investors of more than $700 million.

The other men made a fortune by taking full advantage of the impending economic collapse in America.

Web3 and BLOCKCHAIN

Who’s the Michael Burry of Web3 and how can we invest ?

Will valuations of Web3 projects drop by over 70% in the next 5 years?

Who will lead the team to short Blockchain?

Is Web3 here to stay or is it just a bubble?

Is there a place for NFTs and digital ownership of art in the future?

Is the NFT current craze a fad, or just the early days of something bigger?

Should we go all in?

Is an imminent crash in sight?
